Precautions for use
-Choose the appropriate size: The inner clearance of the U-shaped ring is 1-3mm larger than the diameter of the steel wire rope.
-Correct installation and tightening: Tighten the U-bolt to flatten the steel wire rope by about one-third.
-Reasonable arrangement spacing: The card heads are arranged in a straight line, with a spacing of about 6-8 times the diameter of the steel wire rope.
-Determine the number of clamps: According to the diameter of the steel wire rope, 3 clamps are set for ≤ 19mm, 4 clamps are set for 19-32mm, etc.
