Eye bolts are mainly used for lifting heavy objects. The following are their usage methods:
Firstly, the specifications of the lifting eye bolts should be reasonably selected based on the weight, size, etc. of the lifted object to ensure that their rated load can meet the lifting requirements. When installing, screw the eyebolt vertically into the pre machined screw hole of the lifted object, and ensure that it is screwed in to a sufficient depth. Generally, there are corresponding standard requirements. After tightening, check if the installation is secure to prevent loosening.
When lifting, hang the lifting equipment (such as the hook of the crane) on the circular part of the lifting ring bolt, ensuring that the hook is fully engaged with the lifting ring to avoid detachment during the lifting process. During the lifting process, the lifted object should be kept balanced and stable, avoiding shaking, tilting, and other situations, as this may cause uneven force on the lifting ring bolts and damage. At the same time, it is necessary to strictly follow the lifting angle range specified for the eyebolt during operation.
