1, Definition and Function
Photovoltaic bracket is a structural component used to support and fix solar photovoltaic panels. It can ensure that the photovoltaic panels maintain appropriate angles and positions under different environmental conditions to maximize the reception of sunlight and improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation.
2, Classification
1. Classified by installation method:
-Fixed photovoltaic bracket: After installation, the angle remains fixed, with a simple structure and low cost. It is suitable for areas with relatively stable lighting conditions and low demand for angle adjustment, such as some plain areas with little change in lighting angle.
-Tracking type photovoltaic bracket: It can automatically adjust the angle according to the position of the sun, which can better track the trajectory of the sun and improve power generation efficiency, but the cost is relatively high. It is commonly used in large photovoltaic power plants with abundant light resources and high requirements for power generation efficiency, such as some power plants in desert areas with sufficient light and open terrain.
2. Classified by material:
-Aluminum alloy bracket: lightweight, corrosion-resistant, aesthetically pleasing, easy to install, but high cost, commonly used in small distributed photovoltaic power generation projects, such as home rooftop photovoltaic systems.
-Steel bracket: high strength, large bearing capacity, relatively low cost, but prone to rusting and requiring anti-corrosion treatment. It is often used in large-scale ground photovoltaic power plants and other projects with high bearing requirements.
3, Design points
1. Bearing capacity: It should be able to withstand external forces such as the weight of the photovoltaic panel itself, wind loads, snow loads, etc., to ensure the safety and stability of the bracket and the panel under adverse weather conditions.
2. Angle design: Determine the optimal installation angle based on local latitude and longitude, solar radiation conditions, etc., to achieve maximum lighting.
3. Anti corrosion and rust prevention: Especially for steel supports, appropriate anti-corrosion treatment measures such as galvanizing, painting, etc. should be taken to extend their service life.
4, Installation and maintenance
1. Installation: Construction must strictly follow the design requirements to ensure that the levelness, verticality, and other aspects of the bracket meet the standards. The installation position must be accurate to ensure that the solar panel can receive normal light after installation.
2. Maintenance: Regularly inspect the connection parts of the bracket for looseness, deformation, corrosion, and other issues, promptly identify and address problems, and ensure the normal operation of the photovoltaic system.
